In the first three chapters ofThe War for Earth-3,Waller last gathered allshe needed to vote down the Crime Syndicateand save the world using whatever means necessary . However , it seems as though the first stage of her architectural plan has been to earn the Syndicate ’s respect , convert them to solve with her so they might let their ward down for her to stab them all in the back later on .
