The Crime Syndicate of America is an malevolent medley of the Justice League , led by Ultraman . The Syndicate returned to jut during last year’sInfinite Frontierevent , climb up to take control of Earth-3 . Unfortunately for them , Amanda Waller has her sights mark on Earth-3as well , hoping to take it over , varnish it off from the rest of the multiverse and set up a puppet Justice League . That is a marvellous order for anyone , but Waller has rose to the occasion , assembling another Suicide Squad , consisting of Peacemaker and a clone of Superboy to help further her agenda . While Waller make her moves , Rick Flag has put together his own Suicide Squad to oppose Waller ; he also has the support of the Titans and the Flash . The heroes confront Waller and her Suicide Squad on Earth-3 , leading to a encounter between not only Flag and his ally , but the Crime Syndicate as well .
