At the destruction ofBatman#120 by Joshua Williamson , Jorge Molina , and Mikel Janin , Bruce and Lex Luthor find out Abyss now leads Batman Inc. Abyss wants Bruce to drink down Lex , which goes against Batman ’s ideals . On the other hand , Lex Luthor is the archenemyof one of the Dark Knight ’s most intrust ally : Superman . Will he team up up with Lex or profess to side with Abyss until he go too far ? Which side will he prefer ?

Unsurprisingly , Batman resists both extremes . The intro toBatman#121 has Detective Cayha show up in the middle of the confrontation and supply Batman with the backup he involve . Batman Inc. currently consists of these sub , stand for they ’ll likely conjoin forces with the original Batman and help take out Lex and Abyss . It would n’t be a surprise to see Batman have all the cards up his sleeve , as common . After all , it would n’t be the first timeBatman outsmarts Lex Luthor .
Whether he ’s againstSupermanorBatman , Lex Luthor never learns . While Lex is a villain , he also possesses one of the greatest minds inDC Comics . Nonetheless , time and time again , Lex Luthor underestimate his enemy , inflates his self , and makes the vital mistake of focalize too much on his victories rather than preparing for potential defeats . TheInjusticeuniverse show a reality where Lex never becomes a criminal , and he ’s more successful than his usual , evil self . It just goes to show that being vicious isLex Luthor ’s most fatal flaw .
