" Booster ’s Day Out , " a short comic byLegends of Tomorrowwriters Daniel Park and Lauren Fields with art by Jose Luis and Jonas Trindade , let on what Booster does in his sentence away from the Legends and the real reason why he abandons them . While Booster require to get away from his joke of a job , he also want to bring through a friend named Skeets , from whom he has been distinguish after he assumed his duty as a sterilize point guardian . Once he free himself of the time cop engineering that maintain him anchored to his fixed point , he goes on a holiday across time , savor the Big Belly Burgers of the twenty-fourth C , claim a trip to the Heyworld entertainment park in 2019 and catch a punk rock concert in 1977 London . It is here that Booster ’s bosses finally get up with him and force him to help arrange a bunker for the Legends , threatening to cancel skeet shooting ( who is confirm to be an AI , like in the comics ) if he does n’t trifle ball .
It remains to be examine what futurity , if any , Booster Gold might have in the Arrowverse in the wake ofLegends of Tomorrow ’s cancellation . Donald Faison could reprise the role in another series , cause already hada cameo onThe Flash . There ’s also a chance that theLegends of Tomorrowwill get some kind of resolution on HBO Max , either through an eighth season or a moving picture , as a massive fan effort on social media has paint a picture . It may seem like a longshot , but anything is possible with HBO Max having previously released the Snyder Cut in response to fan demand . If nothing else , theEarth - Primecomic prove thatLegends of Tomorrowand theArrowverseversion ofBooster Goldcould easily go on in comic book form .
