The Flash can do a draw of good with his speed power , but this example shows that Flash can go to an extremely sinister post with villains when chevy .

The only reason Inertia got this penalty was because there ’s only so many elbow room of stop evil speedsters in their tracks . Reverse split second like Eobard Thawneor Thaddeus are too unsafe to let run around without restraint . But it ’s not just because Inertia is an evil speedster that caused Wally to freeze him in clip . The Flash went to a dingy place because he felt like he was n’t there to protect Bart . Flash ’s reaction was purely emotional , so he punished Inertia in the way Wally feel he deserved . Wally probably would n’t attract out this form of move on the more honorable scalawag , but other villains with no respect for decency almost certainly would get Flash to bust out his risky power .
