Why Isn’t It All Hands on Deck In New York?
Keeping both MCU projects in psyche , it ’s not hard to see the classic MCU problem : where are all of New York ’s other sub and vigilantes , and why are the Thunderbolts fight down Sentry by themselves to save the metropolis that ’s supposed to be full of heroes , so much so that Wilson Fisk build his intact weapons platform around the issue?With any luck , future episodes ofDaredevil : pay Againwill provide the solvent . Perhaps Fisk will successfully enact unexampled law and policy that effectively criminalise all vigilantes and hoagy from work in New York , just like he did in the original comics .

Fisk ’s anti - vigilante docket could at least partly explain why the Thunderbolts will be on their own , though it ’s not necessarily a perfect root . Either path , I would at least go for thatDaredevil : Born Againseason 2deals with the fallout of Sentry ’s onrush on some degree , even ifThunderbolts*doesn’t explain where all the other vigilante are in the upcoming MCU movie . New York is such a major MCU locating that it would just feel unseasonable if these two projects do n’t have any layer of convergence at all . Thisissupposed to be an interconnected cinematic existence after all .
